hola! mira logre eliminar el venom, pero tengo otro, como abundan!!! kreo ke es el win32/Pacex.Gen virus, pero kreo ke este está peor que el venom.. Entro al internet y no puedo escribir nada , no me deja sacar el task manager, no puedo seleccionar un solo archivo se selecciona varios, en word tampoco puedo escribir, se escriben muchas letras y números, krees que tenga solución ? Mira. Scanie la compu con la nueva versió del nod 32 smart kreo ke es la más reciente y la firma de virus está actualizada, pero nada no detecto, nada , y no puedo entrar a internet, de hecho estoy en un cyber. kreo tambien pudiera ser el BAT /Money.A worm.

Hola, tienes un malware que es muy difícil de quitar para personas que no tengan experiencia ni las herramientas adecuadas, porque generalmente no te permitirá realizar ciertas acciones desde tu sistema, así que es necesario realizar la desinfección desde otro sistema operativo o con algún CD de rescate que te permita editar el Registro y eliminar archivos. Yo uso el Avast! BART CD, el problema es que es un CD y descargarlo desde un ciber puede ser lento y caro. Si te es posible pídele a un amigo con conexión a Internet rápida que lo descargue y lo grabe en un CD por ti.
Otra cosa que podrías intentar sería realizar una restauración del sistema a un punto anterior antes de la infección donde sepas que trabajaba bien.

Podrías intentar instalar el PER Antivirus y ver si logra eliminar la infección. Aunque lo que más me preocupa es que el malware ni siquiera te permita realizar la instalación. Inténtalo de ser posible.
Te dejo las instrucciones para remover la infección, servirán para los otros malwares pero dudo que quiten al Brontok o Rontokbro.
Abre HijackThis y realiza un escaneo, dirígete a Config >> Misc Tools >> Open process manager y si ves algún proceso de los que te coloco aquí selecciónalo y presiona Kill process

Hola, disculpa por la confusión, pero tuve que separar tu tema del hilo de VenoM porque ya se estaba separando del tema central y además porque tu problema necesitaba más atención, por lo que decidí ponerlo en un tema individual.
Hasta donde puedo ver por tu log, tu sistema está limpio. No creí que el Brontok fuera a salir así de fácil con el Panda, Con lo difícil que es quitarlo a mano  . En fin, tu log no muestra más rastros de malware.
Con respecto a la tecla b, habría que probarlo. Si es la única tecla que falla, no creo que se trate de problemas de configuración. Quizá podría ser que hubiese algún programa que te estuviera haciendo la broma o que en verdad se descompuso la tecla. La forma más fácil sería pedir un teclado prestado y comprobarlo. Otra forma sería probar la tecla fuera de Windows. Como supongo que es tu único sistema operativo, podrías intentar probar la tecla en el modo seguro o en el modo seguro con símbolo del sistema (el modo seguro con símbolo del sistema es sólo modo texto, por lo que es mucho menos probable que se vaya a ejecutar algo extraño).
Respecto a tu segunda pregunta, sólo sé varias cosas, me ha llevado tiempo pero poco a poco he aprendido. Aprendo lo que voy necesitando. Si de algo te sirve te aconsejo que aprendas a aprender y a saber dónde encontrar lo que no sabes.

En modo seguro tampoco quizo escriir, ni en modo seguro texto, yo kreo ke se descompuso, instale el panda security 2008, la version de pruea, pero ya no detecto virus, solo algunos spyware, al principio estuvo muy lento, pensé que era porque tenía otros antivirus, y quito los otros, y deje el panda, pero siguio sin funcionar la tecla.
Yo soy de nayarit, de la capital (tepic) tu de donde eres?. Y el centro de servicio mas cercano autorizado está en guadalajara, y sale caro el envio, mas la mano de o"v"ra, ya no tengo garantía así que quizas me pueda arriesgar con algun otro lugar para arreglarla, pero no sé donde.
Otra pregunta, ¿Saes como acelerar el funcionamiento de la computadora aunque tenga el panda,? Esque usualmente si es rápida mi laptop pero con el panda ,se hizo un poco lenta. Si conoces alguna forma segura de hacerla más rápida, pues sería ueno conocerla. GRacias. hasta luego.

No conozco muchos lugares a donde la puedas llevar. Dado que tu garantía ya expiró podrías llevarla a Expertis.
Para el funcionamiento del sistema con Panda, yo lo que haría sería deshabilitar el modo residente de Panda, que debe ser el que hace lento tu sistema, e instalar otro antivirus cuyo modo residente sea más rápido, como AVG o NOD32. Panda lo puedes dejar instalado pero usarlo solamente para realizar escaneos periódicos (cada semana, etc.).

Oye y como se deshabilita el modo residente del panda?
Otra cosa más porfavor, este es mi log, si pudieras decirme que cosas no sirven y no son necesarias que alentan la máquina para quitarselas, sería muy bueno que me las dijeras, gracias..

Ni idea, no uso el Panda, pero supondría que debe estar en las opciones de configuración del programa o quizá la opción estaba durante la instalación
